Mr. Tire review: Service

Went to Mr Tire to make an appointment on Tuesday 9/15/20 to bring our 2014 Chevy Cruze in for an oil change and to have the brakes checked. Dropped the car off Wednesday evening 9/16/20 for our 8am Thursday appointment. My wife had a out of town doctors appointemt Thursday morning. I stated we should be back in town between 1pm-3pm Thursday. Mr Tire called me at 1:30 asking which Cruze was mine? They had two of them. They were just getting ready to pull our car in for the service. At 3:30, we were returning to town and call to check on the car. Was told they were swamped and just now getting it in. We had an 8am appointment. I told them not to bother. Spent all day at the hospital, out of town, was counting on our car being finished and wasn't even started. Why did I both to make an appiontment when all the walk in traffic was waited on first? Will not use their services again. VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE.
