Mr. Tire - service - alternator replacement

I am writing this message to complain about your MrTire store in Burlington, NJ. Late spring in 2019 I took my car there to have the alternator replaced, which they did. At the time I had just gotten a new car battery. Now in January 2020, the battery light started flashing in my car. I took the car back to MrTire suspecting it to be the alternator again. They told me I needed a valve cover gasket because oil was leaking. I asked them over and over again if the alternator was bad and they said it was fine it just has some oil on it or it. They charged me $600 to replace the valve cover gasket (which I know was a ripoff) and told me the car was fixed. Three days later the battery light came on again in the car so I took it back to MrTire to ask them why the light was coming on again. They said it's fine as long as it's not stalling out. So the very next day, the car started to stall because the battery was dying again. I had to take an Uber to AutoZone to get It charged. The tech at AutoZone told me it has to be a bad alternator that's causing the battery to die. I drove the car back to MrTire to let them know had happened again. They took the car into the shop for an hour or so as I waited patiently for like the fifth time. The tech comes out and says, "the alternator is fine, it's the battery." How can that be if I just got a new battery for the second time in six months? I'm pleading with the person behind the counter that it's the alternator. He says "I don't know what to tell you, the alternator is fine." Is that customer service? N-O no! I went back to AutoZone and ask them to check the battery, it was at 30% so they gave me a new one. Again they said it was the alternator. I called the MrTire in Moorestown and explain to them what was going on and they said just bring it to us and we will check it out for you. I drive the car there with the battery light on the entire time. They checked it out and showed me a printout of the diagnostic showing that the alternator was bad. They called the MrTire store in Burlington and told them it was the alternator but still the Burlington store insisted it was not the alternator. They faxed over my paperwork and the Moorestown store replaced my alternator. I had to pay $200 for the labor. I am very disappointed with what happened to me and I would hope it doesn't happen to anyone else. I will never go to MrTire in Burlington again, if I break down right in front of the store, I would have my car towed to another shop rather than going in there again.
As you can see I'm very upset, if I wasn't it wouldn't have taken the time to write all of this. I should be reimbursed the $600 for the valve cover gasket cost and the $200 labor charge for the alternator that was finally replaced.
If this is not where I should be sending this to, please forward or let me know where to complain to.
