Mr. Tire review: oil change

My vehicle was serviced on Tuesday August 6 for a oil change. My wife drove the car the next day and when she got home it was smoking. I looked under the hood and the oil cap was not put back on the engine causing oil to get everywhere in the engine compartment and all over my wiring harnesses. I dropped the car off Wednesday night and called first thing in the morning and the gentleman said he would take care of everything. I told him it needed degreased under the hood and was especially worried about the wiring harnesses. I picked up my vehicle Thursday and the cap and oil levels were back proper but nothing was degreased under the hood and it's still smoking and has oil everywhere. I'm worried about even letting my wife drive the car and would like a response to this problem. I service all my vehicles 3 in total and don't think I will be taking anything there again. Just unhappy I was told it would be cleaned up and it was not.
