I made an appointment for an inspection for today at 430 pm. When I arrive at 415 there is no one behind the desk, but I did notice that the garbage was overflowing behind the counter with fast food wrapper. I patiently waited for 5 minutes and then hollered "hello" I continued to wait. Walked outside to see if someone was out talking to another customer. I returned inside and hollered again. Still no answer. I then approached the bay area to find an employee with another customer. I again hollered hello and he turned and asked what I needed. I told him I was the 430 inspection. He then yelled to another employee that their 430 inspection was here. I returned to the counter to wait another 5 minutes before anyone came to help me. This employee apologized saying he only had 1 person working today. I apologized and said that I had been waiting and was concerned that there was no one behind the counter. At this he abruptly told me he didn't have a technician and that the inspection couldn't be done. I asked why I didn't receive an email or a text seeing as I have been a customer of Mr. Tire for near 20 years. His response was I don't have a technician, and the computer doesn't work that way. He then picked up the phone and turned away from me.
Desired outcome: I would like notification that your staffing issue=no inspection. My name and email in the computer to make the appointment there should be able to contact me. your employees need manners and curtesy when dealing with customers.
