My son moved to Virginia, 15 hours away from us. While I was visiting, we went to Mr Tire to get new tires. He had to go back several times to get them balanced. His vehicle continued to vibrate at high speeds. We sent him back there to get a diagnostic test done. He was told by the employee and manager that he needed a new transmission and a front axle totaling $7600. We told him no way and to wait. My husband is a mechanic and we told him to just drive it carefully until he could look at it. So... today, my husband looked at his vehicle and found the universal front ball joint to be bad. He is right now, replacing BOTH ball joints for $28. HOW IN THE HELL is it okay that your stores, employees, managers, approve of such a raping of customers!? If not for us, your store in Manassas would have stolen, thieved...$7600 from my son and us... Totally atrocious that this is the type of business you do.

Desired outcome: We want the world to know what kind of store the Mr Tire in Manassas Virginia is, and that they take advantage of the unknowing and overcharge exorbitant amounts.
My husband changed the front and rear ubolts and the vehicle runs perfectly now. No need for a new transmission. We figure they would clean the current transmission, change the ubolts and walk away with 7600 in their pockets. CRIMINALS
Here is the photo of the estimated bill and repair. My husband just fixed his pathfinder for $28, front and rear ubolts. Mr Tire would have cleaned the transmission and fixed what was wrong, if they identified it, and walked away with $7600 in their pockets. TOTAL CRIMIMALS...and if they claim they are not criminals, then they are incompetent and should NOT be working on vehicles commercially. I forgot that they told him that his radiator had broken and was leaking into the transmission. That was the first clue that they were lying. TOTALLY CORRUPT!

They literally are highly experienced conmen. They see a kid they see big bucks. They see dead woman walking they see get her money before probate does. Everything I read is absolutely deceptive trade activity that has numerous legal recourse outlets. Yet, they simply don’t care. Why? Because they know that the victims have to go to court to enforce the laws broken. It’s not easy to fight corruption when they knocked you down so hard you can’t get back up immediately. The most important word that stood out for me in your complaint was “ HELL”. I’m afraid that they will all see their day in court and the outcome will be “to hell with all of you”. How the hell don’t they know that?
