Mr. Tire review: A oil change.

On january 17th 2021 today I had a oil change appointment for 12:00 pm I arrived early at 11:30 as I am waiting there was another customer whom had an appointment before me. Ok they took his car in he had his service done. I was supposed to be next, it is now 12:15pm. Some women pulls up walks in and started a conversation with the guy at the desk, she walks into the back where cars are being serviced, I know for a fact she is not suppose to be back there for safety reasons. Ok she comes out to the front with the gentleman whom was working the desk. Next thing I know they are bringing her car in to be serviced and she just got there mind you I was still waiting. So they took her before me, at that point I asked for my keys so I can leave I never received my oil change. This was very unprofessional I noticed friends before customers is the motto in this mr tire location. I have been going there for years I spent a lot of money in this place and this is the way I got treated. I will never go there again you just lost a customer for ever.
