Mr Price Group / MRP review: Returns

I bought some T-shirts online and they were small then i went to Mr Price clothing at Carlswald Lifestyle center Midrand Johannesburg to exchange to the same T-shirts but a bigger size but the manager told me that because I bought the T-shirt online with a special price when I exchange it in store I have to add extra money to make it the full amount because in the store the price is full and not on sale and we have to argue about the terms of Mr Price because I'm changing the same a T-shirt to the same T-shirt from a medium to an extra large of the same thing but because I really needed the T-shirt so bad at that moment I ended up paying the extra amount they needed after being embarrassed in front of everyone like I wasn't aware of what i was talking about and the store manager Miemie insisted on the money being added. I love shopping at Mr Price but i do have to say the service is never pleasing. I would really appreciate your assistance because this is not something i want to keep getting into every time i shop at mrp.. And now i have to keep the rest of the Tshirts in small sizes because i cant go and exchange them to bigger sizes sizes because now that the price that i bought them with is not the same prize in store
