Refund of R8500+ not received.
I placed an order online and paid immediately as required. When I ordered the website showed multiple units of the stock available. After I made payment, i was informed that the items were in fact not available. I was then offered a full refund, which was promised to me in 48 hrs maximum. Its now over a week later and I have still not received any refund. I have tried to contact Mr Price Home online via the website, by email, using your WhatsApp chanel, as well as telephonically, however I am constantly cut off or no one can provide information. I have made numerous requests for a supervisor to contact me, but regardless of when I make contact, the supervisors are always in an 'emergency' meeting. To date, you still have my money and no supervisor has even bothered to be in contact.
Your call centre is extremely unhelpful and your supervisors are incompetent. Can someone please advise when I will have my money as I need to use it to purchase from another supplier?
