I placed an order online at MRP Home Online on the 19th of November 2025 with Order Number: 202650604688 to the value of R1069.97. I paid with my credit card on my straight account. They informed me via email that they have cancelled the order due to no stock. To date (02 December 2025) no refund has been allocated to me. I have called, emailed and WhatsApp MRP Home Online and the answer is the same every time: No requested the refund and I must wait five days. How many five days do I have to wait for? It is my money, and I did not cancel the order, but they did. I am now running in arrears with my account as I paid for items that I did not receive. Customer Service is really bad, and the one lady actually laughed at me when I requested the refund.
