is a joke. I went to buy a car and it was a complete disaster. The salesperson didn't know nothing about the cars and was just trying to make a quick buck. The car I bought broke down after just a week and when I called Morgan auto sales to complain, they didn't even care. They told me it was my problem now and hung up on me. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Stay away from Morgan auto sales if you want a reliable car and good customer service.

Arrigo knowingly sold us an SUV with an open recall, and they didn't inform us until after we bought the vehicle. They even refused to let us leave with it. We've been on hold for days and haven't received any response despite leaving multiple messages. We're out of a down payment, lost the value of our trade-in, wasted time, and they offered no solution except to upsell us a truck at double the price. They wouldn't honor the warranty on the vehicle or provide a loaner until they fixed the recall issue. It's really shady and suspicious. Feels like a bait and switch tactic to me. To make matters worse, they're now making me pay to have my trade-in towed back from the dealership. This is by far the worst and most deceitful dealership I've ever dealt with. They keep calling and pressuring us to cancel the contract, but we won't be doing that.

I bought a car from Morgan Auto Sales (https://south-west-florida-auto-brokers-jc.business.site/) on April 2nd. I had to pay more than $900 just for doc fees to handle the tag and registration. The first temporary tag expired on April 30th, and the second one only lasted until the 29th. It's now July 22nd, and I still don't have a tag. I've contacted the dealership countless times, but they keep blaming the State of Georgia. It's frustrating because I already paid for this service, so I shouldn't have to chase someone down after 4 months just to get a legal tag for my car. The company doesn't seem interested in helping to resolve this issue.

On April 14, I bought a used 2001 Volkswagen Golf from Morgan Auto Sales. I paid $4000 in cash. The owner assured me that the car had never been in an accident, and I even got a CARFAX report that said the same, so I trusted him. During a quick test drive, I noticed a warning light on the dashboard and asked about it. The owner said it was just a seat belt sensor, indicating that the seat belt was being used. I decided to go ahead and purchase the car. Unfortunately, it took me 3 weeks to get an appointment with a Volkswagen mechanic. When I finally did, I was shocked to learn that the car had actually been in an unreported accident, and the dashboard light was actually indicating that the airbags had been deployed. I ended up spending an additional thousand dollars trying to fix the car, but it was all in vain. The dealer refused to negotiate a solution, and now I can't even legally sell the car.
