BUYER BEWARE OF MONEYLION! I REALLY don’t KNOW HOW THIS COMPANY IS STILL OPEN THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE WITH DECPTIVE, SHADY AND PREDATORY PRACTICES LEFT AND RIGHT! I sent them the email below to give them a chance to fix the situation. INSEAD I WAS GIVING A SORRY CANT HELP YOU. THEY SIGN YOU Up FOR A LOAN BUT DONT TELL YOU THAT THE MEMBERSHIP THAT YOU SIGN UP FOR TO GET THE LOAN WILLL COST YOU 5 or 6x the loan amount you borrowed and you will be billed over $100 a month paying every 2 weeks for the membership that does not apply to your loan ONLY TO FIND OUT BY THERE BAD CUSTOMER SERCICE AGENTS THATS YOU CANT cancel the membership until you pay off the $500 loan. NO NEED TO ASK FOR A MANAGER BECAUSE THEY WONT LET YOU TALK TO ONE OR MANAGEMENT DOES NOT GIVE A BLEEP ABOUT YOU OR YOUR PROBLEM THEY MAKE THAT PRETTY CLEAR . UPON SIGNING UP I WAS TOLD I HAD TO GET A MEMBERSHIP TO GET THE LOAN SO I MADE SURE TO ASK “ IS IT TRUE THAT I CAN CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP AT ANY TIME? They told me YES ABSOULTLY Yes you can CANCEL YOUR MEBERSHIP AT ANYTIME” VERBATIME EXACTLY WHAT SHE SAID IN THE CHAT ! . I WILL HAVE PAID over $2,000 dollars when I’m done just for a membership that does nothing and I didn’t ask for or want! In addition to paying off the $500 loan I actually signed up. MONEYLION COMPANY IS FULL OF #CROOKSs and SCAM ARTISTS THAT USE BAIT AND SWITCH AND Take back words and THEY WILL TAKE AROUND $60 DOLLARS EVERY 2 weeks FOR 2 YEARS ALL FOR A $500 Loan and a FAKE MEMBERSHIP THATS GOOD FOR NOTHING ... I send them an email first they did not even attempt to rectify.. BUYERS BEWARE of MONEYLION! AND I HOPE SOMEONE SHUTS THIS PLACE DOWN PERMANATLY... here is the email I sent to them 3 days ago I was told upon joining moneylion that I could cancel my membership at anytime via chat point black period. I have screenshots, now the customer service is telling ME I CANT DELETE / CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP because Of a loan. (which by the way was not disclosed but rather a use of shady and deceptive lending practices according to my attorney) . You have 2 choices! delete my membership ASAP LIKE TODAY AND I WILL CONTINUE TO PAY THE LOAN EVERY OTHER WEEK AND REFUND EVERY MEMBERSHIP PAYMENT I MADE OR I’m posting a complaint ON THE ComplaintsBoard.com tomarrow morning AND PURSUING LEAGAL ACTION.

Moneylion loans is a company based out of New York that is located at 8610 Sandy Pkwy in Sandy, Utah. The managers are Chris, Diane and Carol. This company preys on clients who are considered subprime or slime candidates. The interest rates can be up to 645%. Customer service agents are discouraged from letting escalated calls go to supervisors. Customers fill out loan applications online, and are discouraged from reading the terms and conditions before E-signing because most smart people will not take a loan being charged 654% interest. If the customer service reps remind pending applicants to read the terms and conditions, you are fired on the spot and escorted out the building by a man by the name of Chris. Chris is married yet loves attention from female employees at Moneylion. If you do not cater to his ego and needs, you are fired on the spot
