Mobily Saudi Arabia review: Urgent complaint: false and unsubstantiated fiber wifi bill – ref: [2372520144]

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to formally register my strongest objection and complaint regarding an alleged outstanding payment of approximately 1,500 SAR for a Fiber WiFi subscription that I have never applied for, received, or used.

For your information, I was contacted by one of your personnel regarding this unpaid bill registered under my Iqama. Upon receiving this notice, I requested proof of the subscription and service installation. The representative was unable to provide any documentation or evidence of my registration. I was then advised to visit a local branch for clarification.

I took time out of my schedule to visit your nearest branch to resolve this matter. However, the staff there also failed to provide any proof of subscription and simply redirected me to contact the head office.

I strongly reject this allegation as nonsense for the following reasons:

I have never subscribed to the Fiber WiFi service.

No equipment was ever installed or delivered to my address.

There is no contract or documentation that I have signed.

The amount of 1,500 SAR is unacceptable, unwarranted, and unjustified.

Please be advised that I am not liable for this payment.

I request that you immediately stop these collection attempts and investigate this matter thoroughly. If your systems show a service under my name, I demand clear proof, such as a signed contract, installation photos, or delivery confirmation.

I am fully willing to cooperate and settle this if valid proof is provided. I am ready to visit your nearest office for a justification if you send me the required evidence.

However, kindly note that if this pushing continues and no proof is provided, I will be forced to escalate this complaint to the higher management to protect my rights and credit history.

I await your prompt response and proof to solve the issue.
