On 4/28/2025 Mindvalley pulled an unauthorized charge of $299 for a renewal that I did not request. I went to the account and no 15 day refund option is given as they said their policy is only for the first purchase not a renewal purchase.
Yet, I did not authorize the money to be taken.
I dealt with chat assistance twice, as they did not follow through with getting back to me in 2-4 days as they stated, and was refused and continually told it is their company policy.
Is this really legal?
I am still within 15 days of this charge and merely seeking a refund as I did not authorize this charge on my card.
I do not understand why this company does not want to behave in a Reputable manner and refund this unauthorized charge.
When I asked to speak with someone who would be able to refund me I was told the Senior of the chat would tell me the same thing and continue to refer to policy.
This issue can simply be resolved by refunding the $299 that I did not authorize.
