I recently enrolled in the Azure Master Program at Intellipaat and unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. Firstly, the support provided by the company is extremely poor. Whenever I wrote a negative review about them, they would call me and try to indirectly force me to change my review. This is not the kind of behavior I expected from a professional company.

Secondly, I was shifted to multiple trainers without my permission. This made it difficult for me to keep up with the course and caused a lot of confusion. Additionally, the company has not been providing free Azure pass services for the past 1.5 months. Instead, they asked me to use my own credit/debit card which will cost me a lot of money just to submit their assignments. This is not fair to the learners/candidates who have already paid a lot of money to enroll in the course.

The senior escalation managers assured me that I would receive the best support and training, but unfortunately, this was not the case. In live classes, they promised that the maximum number of candidates would be 20, but in my batch, there were around 42 candidates. This made it difficult to interact with the trainer often and get the help I needed.

To make matters worse, the company is not helping in any form and is not returning my money. This is a total waste of my time and money. I have been facing multiple trainer and support issues since the beginning of my 2-month experience with Intellipaat. They are not good and are only interested in making money by luring candidates into joining their Master courses, which cost even more money.

I had already learned around 60% of the Az104 course from Udemy and joined Intellipaat to cover the remaining 40%. However, I found out that they only teach 50% of the course, and that too from above. This is not acceptable and I would not recommend Intellipaat to anyone looking for quality training and support.

Of course, this posed an inconvenience as I wouldn't be able to attend at that time.

When I reached out to Intellipaat to sort out the issue, they became unresponsive. The phone number provided by Intellipaat didn't work, and my emails went unanswered. I was distraught with their lack of support, especially considering that I had already paid for the course. It felt like they had cheated me, and that they weren't delivering on what they promised.

In the end, I felt like I had been scammed. It felt like I had fallen prey to a bait and switch scheme that was cleverly presented as a legitimate business venture.
