I like it but wish it was like Quizlet. Quizlet gives you the opportunity to learn different ways instead of just doing flash cards like this app.

Such a wonderful and useful study tool for students. These will give you all of the terminology and definitions to expect on the exam. Highly recommended!

The content is good but it’s written very weird. You can tell it hasn’t been updated in awhile just because the cards are hard to understand and most of them have the answers in the definition:/

Was hoping the flash cards had flip cards for terms in one section. Just feel like if you can’t get the terminology and know the definitions first then everything else starts to make sense and comes together

Yeah it’s simple but they got to make it more fun. Tests or quizzes of multiple choice would be better. Over all it’s the same stuff when you buy the cards already. Two stars for the little effort they put into this app

Love the functionality of these digital flashcards! This App is helpful anywhere, anytime when preparing for the State exam and also as a reference to check terms even after obtaining a license. Great value for a great tool.

1. I would recommend having vocabulary words linked to each textbook.
2. I would add matching games with vocabulary words and different types
3. Also while going through vocabulary the ones you get wrong and correct can be placed in a file to review

I just started to study and thought I would purchase this app. I’m noticing some of the wording is off. However the point gets across; but what would really be nice is if multiple choice was an option as that’s how we will be doing the test. Other than that it’s good for definitions.

The Flash Cards app is good to use when you are on the go and do not have your study materials but just your phone. It does need to be updated though since TREC removed some of the material from the course and added some new material. I am having to scroll through some of the cards that are not valid

The app is just flashcards you can find online for real estate tests. Its not worth any money when you can do a quick google search to find real estate flash cards. Half of the features say coming soon, and I opened it up 3 months later and still says the same thing. That is all that is in the app. If I could refund I would.

You really cannot use these as flash cards - as they are intended - because on most of the cards, the answer is used in the question already.

For example,

Question: "Also called cold calling - telemarketing for listings in Texas is legal but requires a real estate license."

Answer: "Telemarketing"

See what happens there? Answer within the question means you aren't really testing your knowledge. This technique is used in MANY of the flash cards in this app.

Champions School of Real Estate is awesome though, but their app, not so much.
