I recently completed the AIML course offered by Edureka, and I must say, it was an enriching experience. The course covered a wide range of topics related to Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, providing in-depth knowledge of AIML algorithms and techniques.

The instructors were highly knowledgeable and adept at explaining complex concepts in a simplified manner. The hands-on projects and practical exercises were particularly helpful in applying the theory to real-world scenarios. The course structure was well-organized, with a good balance between theory and practical implementation.

One aspect that stood out was the interactive nature of the course. Regular quizzes and assignments kept me engaged and helped reinforce my understanding. The course also provided a platform for interaction with fellow learners, allowing us to exchange ideas and collaborate on projects.

On the downside, there were instances when the pace of the course felt a bit fast, especially for someone new to the subject. More review and practice sessions could be beneficial for better grasping complex topics.

In conclusion, the AIML course from Edureka is a comprehensive and valuable learning resource for those interested in diving into the world of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. I enrolled into Edureka's PGP in AI/ML created by NIT Warangal in 2020 after having had my student VISA rejected for MS at University of Auckland. For initially I thought would be a less effective academic pursuit as compared to any foreign University; it actually turned out to be a really effective and appreciated decision of mine to have enrolled myself for this program. In fact, through this program, I had also indulged myself in the widespread MOOC concept for the first time. What also helped was having a diligent Program Coordinator. Revathi was very instrumental in the proper and effective running of this program as she is always approachable when in doubt and she also keeps taking our feedback on the progress.

A special mention for the instructors who have been instrumental in making us learn the Machine Learning / AI topics efficiently with hands-on experience to make the learning process more effective for us students. The instructors have been very calm and patient in their teaching methods and have also resonated to the students' initial uneasiness around the profound & highly technical AI/ML concepts which otherwise, if you see, are very difficult to understand and would look impossible to a newbie like me.

The assignments and tests in the curriculum help us measure our progress in the program and our understanding of the topics. The assignments are obviously very challenging but then they instill the sense of competitiveness which is necessary for one to grow academically or professionally. Holistically, the program in its true sense actually appears to be one created by an eminent institution like NIT Warangal. The overall content of the program appears very finely curated. I'd also like to acknowledge the systematic approach of Edureka as an institution in making the learning process so natural and organic for us students. For instance, the class reminders, 24*7 email/phone support on our technical/general queries, etc. is really commendable. I strongly recommend Edureka for online learning/courses.

I attended a PMP training session and canceled my enrollment immediately after for the following reasons:

Instructor was unprofessional and combative with training attendees.
When asked for clarification, he said "I explained this clearly already, pay attention".
When attendees got quiz questions wrong, he admonished people for not paying attention.
When concerns were raised (technical and instructional in nature), he said "your colleagues don't have a problem" and then muted the attendee.
Instructor encourages collaboration on chat but we cannot see other students' chats so I don't understand how we're supposed to collaborate? Wants us to share experience on chat that only he can see? The platform does not support the collaboration that the instructor is demanding.
No curriculum, agenda or training materials were provided. When asked, the trainer explained that he does not provide any of this on the first day of training.
Not having a schedule for the first day, the instructor seemed unsure of when to end the class.
The instructor began to speak more respectfully to the attendees after the first hour, explaining that he had to get to know us first. You shouldn't have to "get to know" someone before deciding to not be mean to them. You get one chance to make a first impression and this person completely blew it.

Overall, this is easily the worst training I have ever attended and would never recommend Edureka to anybody.

The asterisk at the bottom of my review is not correct. I responded to Eureka every time they contacted me. I provided all information they requested and they processed my refund. No messages were ignored on my end.

I had a wonderful time learning from Edureka! In my opinion, their training program had a great balance between being informative and helpful without feeling overwhelming. I appreciated how the content was structured in a way that was easy to understand, and the instructors did an excellent job presenting the course material.

The support team is also a massive asset to the program. They were always available to answer any questions I had, and their responses were prompt and informative. It made me feel confident in my choice to invest time and money into this program, knowing that there was such great support available to me.

One area where I would have liked the program to have more hours dedicated to would be Kubernetes and Ansible. However, that's more a matter of personal preference since those are areas of particular interest to me. I could see how some students might be more interested in other topics, so it might be challenging to cater to everyone's needs in that respect.

An excellent suggestion by my fellow learners was adding GitLab to the course offering. I think that would have added even more value to the program. Overall, I highly recommend this course to anyone looking to improve their skills and grow their knowledge base. Their content is top-notch, and the support is fantastic!

As someone who values the convenience and flexibility that online training can offer, I was initially quite impressed with Edureka. Their website appeared professional and well-organized, and I found the course offerings to be quite intriguing. However, unfortunately, our family's experience with Edureka turned out to be rather underwhelming.

My wife took a course with Edureka and upon its completion, we requested her certificate from the company. At the time, the representative that we were speaking with was courteous and attentive, even offering additional training opportunities to my wife. He assured us that the certificate would be forthcoming, and we were hopeful that we would receive it soon.

However, we soon found that this was not the case. Over a month later, we had received no update from Edureka and had not yet received a certificate. Despite our attempts to contact the company, they stopped responding to our messages. This left us feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with their service.

Overall, while Edureka may offer some good course content, we cannot recommend them based on our personal experience. Without the proper follow-through and communication with clients, it's hard to feel like you're getting the value that you've paid for.

I had a really poor experience with the online instructor from Edureka. It was extremely frustrating because I found it difficult to understand what he was saying throughout the course. I cannot believe I spent my hard-earned money on this pathetic service. I had high hopes of learning a great deal from this course, but unfortunately, the Indian instructor did not deliver. In fact, I complained about his teaching style, and nothing was done about it. It was really disappointing, to say the least.

Not only was the teaching subpar, but the attitude and overall demeanor of the instructor was atrocious. He acted like an arrogant clown, which made the whole learning process that much more difficult. I really cannot stress enough how disappointed I was with this entire experience.

If you are considering using Edureka, I would advise you to stay away. It is not worth wasting your time or your money on such a low-quality service. Trust me, I had to learn this the hard way. I implore you to do your research and find a better alternative because Edureka simply does not cut it.

Firstly, I was extremely shocked to see the exorbitant pricing of the course I was interested in. I ended up paying a whopping $450 for a course that was too basic, way too basic than expected. Honestly, I felt that the course content was not worth the price I was charged.

Another issue I faced was the lack of proper association with my peers. I felt that I was misplaced as I found myself being taught with a group that consisted of college students. Having had 10 years of professional experience, it was quite unsettling for me to be learning with such a group.

To add to my woes, I found that the course was very theoretical and lacked practical application. This made the learning process quite bland and uninteresting. Contrary to my expectations, I felt that the course had very little value addition.

When I attempted to withdraw from the course after the first session, I was met with poor customer service. The support provided was unhelpful and did not resolve my issue satisfactorily.

Given my experience, I would not recommend Edureka to anyone. I believe there are better service providers out there who offer value for money and better customer service. For anyone interested in learning, I suggest exploring other platforms like Udemy, where courses are more useful and are cost-effective too.

I share my experience with the hope that others will realize the risks of dealing with this organization. I urge anyone considering doing business with Edureka to proceed with caution and to consider going with another company.

I recently had an unfortunate encounter with Edureka, an online education portal, and it was far from a positive experience. They were not courteous or professional in their approach and their persistent sales pitch was akin to what one might expect from a street vendor.

Despite my reservations about their pushy sales tactics, I decided to give Edureka a chance, hoping that their academic offerings would outweigh their unimpressive customer service. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a grave mistake.

Their courses promised to be top-notch, but when it came to practical application, they were simply subpar. It was almost as if they had compiled their material from outdated and irrelevant sources, with no regard for current industry standards. Rather than providing comprehensive and in-depth training, their instruction was shallow and uninspired, leaving me feeling frustrated and unfulfilled.

When I reached out to Edureka to express my concerns, they were dismissive and uninterested; it seemed as though they only cared about making a sale and nothing else. Their support staff was unresponsive, and any attempts at constructive feedback were met with a wall of hostility.

In conclusion, I would not recommend Edureka to anyone seeking online education. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction is disappointing and unethical. Save yourself the trouble and seek out a more reputable institution where you can receive high-quality education and support without having to deal with untrustworthy and unscrupulous academics.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Edureka. As a paying customer, I have had to deal with incredibly poor customer service and a complete disregard for my queries and grievances.

My troubles started when I enrolled in the PRINCE 2 Training and Certification program in October 2019. At the time, Edureka assured me that I would receive exam vouchers along with my training, something that was confirmed in writing via email.

However, since April 7th, I have been struggling to get any kind of response from the Edureka team. Despite numerous attempts at chasing them up, I have received no positive answers and instead encountered a frustrating game of pass the ball between different departments.

I even took to Twitter in the hope of getting a faster response, but it has been over a month since I did so and I have only been met with empty assurances that the team is working on the issue. But how can that be, when it has been over three months since I initially raised the issue?

As a result of this unacceptable treatment, I am adamant that I want a refund for the Rs 37000 which I have paid to Edureka. If they are unable to keep the promises and commitments made to me in writing, I see no reason why I should continue to put up with such a lack of care and attention.

In summary, my experience with Edureka has been one of complete disillusionment and frustration. I would strongly advise others to be wary of engaging with this company if they value good customer service and a reliable provider.

My personal instructor has been remarkably patient, understanding, and supportive, allowing me to learn at my own pace and answering any doubts I have had along the way.

However, I did have some concerns about the course content. While the course does touch upon more advanced topics, it does not seem to dwell on them in-depth. This could be a missed opportunity as many students, including myself, are training with the goal of being increasingly efficient in the IT industry. Moreover, I found that the resources provided for students seeking further information and study materials to be inadequate. The course material is an amalgamation of Edureka YouTube videos, which feel easily accessible and lacked the in-depth content that I was expecting.

Despite these shortcomings, I must commend the instructors for their handling of the basics, which were taught in an excellent manner. The support team was also helpful, and E$#*!a Namkar, in particular, was a standout. She went beyond the regular call of duty in assisting me, patiently addressing all my doubts and concerns with follow-ups.

All in all, while Edureka has much to improve upon, it has strong foundations in its dedicated instructors and a supportive support team. With some tweaks in its content and resources, I believe that it can easily be a premier platform for tech enthusiasts and learners alike.
