Milk and Chocouncontactable for refund/ poor quality

After being sucked in by the lovely photos on this website that popped up in my facebook scroll, I purchased 3 dresses online, they turned out to be terribly poor quality fabric and did not fit as shown. I have emailed the company multiple times to organise returns but they have not responded at all. There is no other way of contacting them or any details of which country they are from (the parcel arrived from China!) so I cannot lodge an official complaint with International consumer protection without knowing which country they are based in! Also the Paypal link did not work (no surprise there) so I do not have their protection either! Next time I buy online if it's not available on Paypal I'm not buying and I'll also look up reviews of each company before buying.
I'm very frustrated! Feeling ripped off!
