Mango Refund not received

Ordered two items end of August I sent them back on the 7th September it's now 3rd October and I've heard nothing about my refund. Disgusting service from Mango you try emailing. You go onto the app and try sending a message or calling and even that is a waste of time as it keeps kicking you out. I'm supposed to be refunded a substantial amount of money of which I couldn't afford in the first place and now they stealing from me. Shocking! I will never buy from Mango again.

Desired outcome: Please contact me as soon as possible so we can sort out this message and refund me please. I'm not wealthy nor can I just throw money away.

Mango Dint recieve refund

I ordered the mango shoulder bag from online on 06/06/2023 order no. DLDB1R005 worth 300 riyal after falling in love with its design and size. However never expected such poor quality from a brand like Mango. The bag started peeling off within just two days and i honestly felt disappointed to have to send it back.

To further aggravate the problem, there has been no responses from your end! The issue has not been addressed till now, and although i returned the online bought product within the mentioned timeframe i have yet not received my refund even though its been a month. I have tried reaching out multiple times but failed. Please look into the complaint and do whats necessary asap.

Mango Cancellation of order

Placed an order on 15th July 2023 - total £312 GBP

Got an email to say 1 item was no longer available.

Then I got an email on the 28th July to say that my order was cancelled.

I tried to contact Customer services. They could not see why the order was cancelled but apologised and asked me to re-order some of the available items online.

This has inconvenienced me because now I don't have the orders for my holidays.

It also means I will no longer be shopping with Mango because I can see that they are unreliable.

Desired outcome: To send me my orders or to check the stock and send me what is available and charge me for those items.

Mango Mango Customer Service

Hello -

I just walked out of the Mango Yorkdale location after speaking to Manager, Riya.

I got a gift for my bday on May 30th - gift was purchased on May 27th and I went today to exchange from a small to a medium - 21 days past vs 14 days of your policy on sale items.

Instead I was rudely attended by the manager, Riya. Not being helpful at all, also mentioned I am pregnant and any help would be appreciated. She simply did not care and didn’t empathize with my situation which I found extremely rude.

1 week later straight exchange with all tags and original receipt in place is absolutely ridiculous not to be accepted and to experience this.

I also work in a customer facing industry and this is no way to treat a customer especially when this was a gift in the first place, not purchased personally by me so I had no clue of your 14 day exchange policy.

Desired outcome: Be able to exchange size from a Small to Medium, given that I am pregnant

Mango Mango refund

Hello, I'm writing to complain about an issue I have been trying to resolve over the past two years with no help at all from customer service! Please see complaint below:

Around two years ago, I returned a few items (order #CQUAIJ and CQUIAI) to Mango through Aramex, and months later the package was returned to my house for no reason. I contacted Mango and informed them of the situation, it took months and months of calling them and talking to a different representative each time and explaining the situation over and over again. Finally, they sent me a new Aramex label by email and I told them that I would take the package myself and return it to Aramex, rather than have someone pick it up because I did not want to wait. 

Eventually, someone from Aramex contacted me to pick up the package but I informed them that I had already returned it myself and declined the pick up. 

Months later, the package was returned to my house, AGAIN! and now I'm going through the same thing, calling Mango to pick up the package and give me a refund. But this time they are refusing, telling me that I "declined" the Aramex representative. I have been telling them that I declined because I had already returned the package to Aramex and so I had nothing to give the Aramex rep. 

Everytime I call them and raise the issue, it gets rejected. Imagine how many times and how many different people I have spoken to over the past few months...More-over, I am not able to be transferred to management.

So I have been stuck in this situation now for over two years and many trials to get this package out of my house. Keep in mind that I am owed around 4,000 riyals. This is totally unacceptable to refuse to take a return because a mistake that Mango did and not give a customer back their money! Finally, I wrote to Al Futtaim on June 4 and still didn't hear back! I am extremely frustrated by this and would like this resolved as soon as possible!

Desired outcome: I would like the package picked up and a refund to be processed to me as soon as possible.

Mango Postal return

I paid HRK 120 for the postage due to the return of a very damaged item (it's a shame that such an item is sent from your warehouse at all) and I still haven't received a refund.

Mango Online delivery in the Philippines

I have an outstanding order since November. I waited patiently. The items I ordered were gifts to be given last Christmas. I got e mails saying it was on its way but never got them. A few days ago I received an e mail asking me to give you another chance for something that happened to my orders. apart from the items not being delivered, I do not know what else happened. E mail said to compensate me for whatever, you are willing to give me a 20 percent off for my next purchase which expires on the 6th of Jan. 2023. So to get my compensation, I have to buy more in a hurry to get the 20 off to make me feel better? Is it better to get a 20 percent refunded to me from my purchase earlier? What were you thinking?

Mango Shipment from Turkey

Hello. My Name is Maher. I am expecting a shipment from Turkey, Gaziantep into the Netherlands. My tracking number is [protected]. First of all, it was delayed and I paid extra money. Then I discovered that I have to pay extra money for UPS here about 22 euros though I am supposed not to pay extra money. When I talked with the employee, he did not speak in a respectful manner and he just kept interrupting me asking me to check with UPS Netherlands. I am not sure why I have to do with UPS. I am not happy at all and I will never use MNG and I will not recommend you.

Mango Mango istanbul akasya mall

Hi,

I was shopping at mango Istanbul at “akasya”mall an hour ago and i saw shoes that i wanted with the price of 40.

When i came to the cashier to pay the lady told me its a mistake and ripped the tag price and instead she put the price of 700 TL

I told her that i wanted to pay the price that was on the original tag price wich was 40 as it says on the shoes.

she called the manager the manager came and said its a mistake and the price is 700 TL.

That’s something that is not acceptable i will file a complaint against mango if i will not get an answer asap.

Mango Refund not received

I logged a return and on the 16th of June the courier company collected the shoes , two weeks later I called their customer service they confirmed that my order was received in their warehouse and the funds will reflect in my account after 12 days a month later I still don’t have my money their customer service keeps on evading my questions about the refund this is honestly frustrating for such a big brand

Mango Poor quality of material used

Re posting this because my complaint has not been resolved by Mango.

Good day!

Last year, I bought a Green Maxi Dress for ₱2995 in Mango Store Abreeza Ayala Davao City, Philippines. It was love at first sight for me because of its color and design. I would consider myself a Mango Addict because all my jeans and most of my clothings and bags are from Mango. Recently, we had a 3 day hotel staycation and on our last day, I wore the dress. I've only worn it twice. The dress was still fine and all, but when I went home, I was sitting on a couch browsing my phone. Few minutes after, I stood up and my Aunt told that my dress got ripped at the back. To my surprise, the dress was torn! It would have been very embarrassing on my part if it happened in the hotel or somewhere else. Good thing it was in our house already! I was so disappointed because I loved that dress so much. I wish Mango won't use that kind of material anymore because who knows someone might experience the same thing I had.

Desired outcome: I'd appreciate a response from their company and an apology. And give voucher in exchange for its poor quality of the material used

Good day!

Mango I received my order but half my order missing

I received my order that I placed on 2/18/22. I called Mango and spoke to a gentleman that said it would take 2-5 days to investigate on what happened. The box I received was big and to my surprise light. As I went through my order, I noticed that 5 items were missing. They even attached the order sheet of the items I ordered and made it seem like I received all of it. No, that was not the case. This is the first time this has happened to me and I have been a loyal Mango customer. I hope my issue gets resolved or else I want my refund for the items I never received!

ORDER: CZDDRC

Desired outcome: I would like them to state that my order is on its way and it is the packaging companies fault. Or I want a refund for the items I never received!

Mango Filthy store and rude staff

Today in city center Almaza fitting room was super filthy and staff didn't assist me in cleaning it by any mean and told me that it is not his job' staff name is Mohamed Ashraf there was no help from other staff as well and no assigned person to fitting room. In a time of global pandemic this is a total shame and this attitude is not even acceptable in local minor store ! I expect clean fitting room not to clean it my self and remove face masks from the floor ! This was really a disgusting and un respectful experience!
