I placed a order worth 170 dollars on Feb 12th it is now March 17th and I still have not received my order nor a email from them. The tracking number given doesn't match any carriers. I have been ripped off!

I paid $39.99 and $24 shipping for a piece of material that cost. 99 a yard which was about 4 yards...

So over the years I have purchased a couple of cheap but unique looks from an online store called Knowfashionstyle.

Operative word, CHEAP. So this is not about getting refunds etc because it's not even worth that effort.

What is the issue is their awful customer service and not wanting to take accountability and send correct items when they send wrong ones.

Do not order, I REPEAT do not order from them. For me its not that they are in China, I use Flaxmakerswim and xpluswear , also overseas and they handle things a lot better. But Knowfashionstyle will send the wrong item. Then basically tell you that the cost of returning it and length of time it will take are not worth it, because the items are not expensive enough ( again I get very very unique pieces from there and only get from there if it is absolutely something that is sold out or no longer available on other sites)

so yeah why would the consumer or them bother.

But if you know I cannot send it back, and you don't even want it back but you also know YOU sent me the entirely wrong item, then you should send me the correct item and then you bear the burden of how long it takes to get it back and the expense.

It is absolutely crazy in this day and age to think consumers would just let this slide.

Oh and the real kicker, they offered 3 dollars to me to keep it, then 7 dollars to keep it and then 10 dollars to keep it along with 10 percent off. FIRST OF ALL I will NEVER ever,ever do business with them again and I AM WARNING others to avoid them at all cost.

I am reporting them and I am also posting this everywhere on the internet that I can.

Stay away from Knowfashionstyle, take my word on it.

Don't expect those greedy people to reimburse you your money if their merchandise doesn't work for you. Quality is poor and dress purchased for my anniversary doesn't fit properly. And they want you to pay for extras for frivolous things so they get more money on one purchase. They offer me $3 refund and 15% coupon for a $40 purchase. STAY AWAY or you WILL regret it.

Those people are not looking out for the customer. They just want to get as much money as they can from you and if something goes wrong, they will give you all the reasons as to why they can't reimburse you. Needed a simple white dress for my 29th anniversary and the material of the dress sent is of very poor quality, plus it doesn't fit properly. Now they're giving all the reasons as to why I should keep the dress and they will only reimburse me $3 out of $40.

I recently had the misfortune of purchasing a pant suit and opting for expedited shipping on the KnowFashionStyle website. While the price seemed reasonable at $65, I was severely disappointed to find that the order took weeks longer to arrive than it was supposed to. To make matters worse, the quality of the material and the craftsmanship were nothing like what I had seen in the photo. I immediately contacted the owners of the website via email and text messages, hoping to get a refund for my purchase. However, it seemed like my messages were only going to robots as I received automated responses from them repeatedly.

Despite explaining my situation and the reason why I wanted a refund, I received no response from the owners of the website. It has been several months since May and I am still trying to get a refund from them. I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my entire life. It's almost September and I'm still waiting for a response while being left on read. The product I received was nothing like what was advertised on their website, and the terrible customer service only makes things worse.

I recently placed an order with KnowFashionStyle about three weeks ago, which is still not delivered to me. I noticed that the payment was deducted from my account immediately after the order was placed. Frustrated by the delay, I tried to contact their support team several times to inquire about my order status; however, their responses were quite disappointing. They told me that they were waiting on one item to be delivered, which caused the delay. I patiently waited for one more week as promised by the support team. I was later notified that my items would be shipped on a specific day, but to my surprise, the items weren't shipped.

In the course of my communication with their customer service team, they gave me three different dates for delivery, which made me very unsatisfied with their service. I recently made a purchase from KnowFashionStyle Online store and I was left pretty disappointed. I ordered 2 shirts that were my usual size but when they arrived, I found them to be way too small. I couldn't believe it as I've never had an issue with sizing before. The shirts were simply NOT TRUE TO SIZE.

When I reached out to the seller for help, I was met with resistance. They were reluctant to send me a prepaid label so I could return the merchandise. I was even more frustrated when I found out I would have to pay a lot of money to have the shirts sent back to China. The seller REFUSED to EXCHANGE the MERCHANDISE & they also REFUSED to give me a REFUND. They basically left me with no options.

I was shocked by the lack of concern and the RUDE staff. They doubted my complaint and even accused me of lying about the sizing issue. I was really taken aback by their argumentative attitude. I recently purchased two outfits from KnowFashionStyle website for my upcoming trip. I placed my order at the beginning of April and was hoping to receive it before the weekend. I really don't like the fact that they don't care about their customers and that they are happy to take your money without sending your items. I gotta come clean - I am never buying anything from know fashion style (knowfashionstyle.com) again, like, ever! Seriously, I put in my order on March 13, 2021, and even though I paid like 80 bucks for shipping, which brought my total to over 260 dollars, I STILL don't have my stuff as of April 26, more than a month and a half later. You'd think they'd at least send me a message or something, right? But no, I had to wait like three weeks before getting any word from them.

And then, when I finally managed to get through to them last week, they just told me that my order was "on the way". Cool, I thought... until the next day when they told me that one of the dresses I ordered wasn't in stock anymore and I had to pick a different item instead. Oh, the naive innocence of my soul! How was I supposed to know that what welcomed me instead was a complete disaster? The pictures I uploaded bear witness to this travesty. What I had purchased was a simple yellow dress with lips for my much-awaited vacation. However, what I received was an eyesore of a tie-dye outfit that didn't even compare remotely to my intent. As is the norm in these situations, I contacted the company immediately. I showed them the evidential pictures of the mess-up, hoping they would take responsibility for their mistake.

I admit, at first, they offered to let me keep the wrong item and give it away. I mean, who does that? But despite their gesture, I stood firm in my objective of receiving what I had paid for. So I reached out again and again, unyielding, hoping to get some sort of resolution and maybe even an apology. But what did I get? Excuses. That's right. They told me that they couldn't fulfill what I ordered, but they did offer a meager discount on my next purchase. How dare they?! When I demanded to rectify my order by sending me the correct dress I purchased, they refused.

Are they just playing around with their customers like a big fat joke? Because honestly, this feels like a deliberate attempt to scam me. I don't recommend KnowFashionStyle.com to anyone. Don't make the same mistake I did, save yourself the headache, and find another online fashion store that you can trust.

I ordered from KnowFashionStyle and it's been a complete disaster. I made six different orders and have had nothing but issues with them. Firstly, they've only partially delivered my orders and haven't bothered telling me. This makes it impossible to keep track of what I have received and what is still missing. It's frustrating to still be dealing with this problem, as I have yet to receive all my items.

It's very rude of them to want me to do their job for them. If they've shipped off incomplete packages, they should have informed me about it. They should have notified me that the rest of my package would be arriving shortly or if it was out of stock. Offering refunds would have solved the problem more efficiently than the customer having to call them. The fact that they require me to give them the order number, the item number and so on is exhausting!

This was frustrating because I wanted to cancel the second transaction, but according to their policy, orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Despite this, I immediately sent an email (4/20/21) to the company explaining the issue and requesting that the order be cancelled for the duplicate transaction.

Unfortunately, the initial response to my email stated that my order was being prepared for delivery and that tracking information would be provided when it was available. I have been emailing them daily to get this sorted out. Finally, a couple of contact names replied and one of them stated that it was too late to cancel the order because the packages had already been shipped and that a refund was not possible.

It is now May 4, 2021, and I have not received my package yet even though I paid two different prices for the same items. Honestly, I wanted to give them a zero rating, but that option wasn't available. At 12:08 PM, April 14,2021 I received confirmation of this payment. However, on April 20,2021 (hadn't checked my email prior), I finally saw an invoice from PayPal (via Knowfashionstyle), requesting payment (sent 4/14/21) for my items that I thought I had already purchased. Without checking previous emails, I assumed that something happened with the initial payment (but don't know why it wouldn't have processed). I wanted these outfits for upcoming events and therefore, did not hesitate to immediately remit payment. I received the confirmation of the payment. I then checked my order status on their website and noticed that I had two (2) separate orders for the same items. I read the company's policy on return/cancellation which states, "Order Cancellation
We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should contact us at ***@knowfashionstyle.com immediately once you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 30% cancellation fee. We will not accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped."

I immediately sent an email (4/20/21) explaining the issue and requested that the order be cancelled for the second transaction. Long story shorter: the first response to my email said thank you for your order it is preparing for delivery and the tracking information will be provided when it was available. I have been emailing them daily trying to get this rectified. I finally emailed all the contact names listed of which a couple of them replied and one stated, "Sorry but the packages had already/shipped and a refund was not possible." It is 5/4/21 and I have not received my package. Also, I paid two different prices for the same items.

The clothes on KnowFashionStyle are not worth the money. The fabrics are really cheap and you'll probably regret buying from them. Honestly, you should just go through Wish, Home, or Ali Express. KnowFashionStyle is just like them, or maybe even worse!

Shipping is a total disaster. So, prepare yourself for a nightmare if you decide to take the plunge and make a purchase through them. You could dish out a bunch of money to get your order quicker but you'll be pretty disappointed when it doesn't come when they said it would-- if it even comes at all. Instead, I recommend checking eBay. You can find the same stuff and for a much cheaper price! Plus, eBay won't put up with you not receiving what you paid for like KnowFashionStyle will.

I recently made a purchase from KnowFashionStyle and I have to say I was quite disappointed with my experience. On May 24th, I ordered three products and paid for expedited shipping, which is supposed to take 2-6 days. However, because of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, there were some delays which I was made aware of. Despite this, I did not receive my order until June 4th, which was much later than I had anticipated.

To make matters worse, when I finally received my order, one of the outfits was missing! To say that I was upset would be an understatement. I immediately contacted customer service through WhatsApp and requested either a refund or the missing outfit to be sent to me. However, they were not very helpful and kept telling me to just be patient.

What's worse, I had paid a whopping $51 for expedited shipping and I did not receive the faster shipping that I had paid for. I reached out to them asking for a refund for the expedited shipping as I did not receive it, which should have been $25. But they kept ignoring my messages and not addressing the issue. It was very frustrating and made me question whether or not I would ever purchase from them again.

Overall, my experience with KnowFashionStyle was quite disappointing. While I did eventually receive most of my order, the lack of communication and delays left a bad taste in my mouth. She even suggested that I should ask my family and neighbors to help me collect my stolen clothes. Can you imagine that? I was not at all impressed with how this company handled my case.

So I saw this cool top on KnowFashionStyle's website and I just had to order it. But when my package came, it wasn't the top I ordered...it was a dress! I made an order on knowfashionstyle.com on August 30, 2021 for the Item #DY20022615 Yellow Fashion Printed Plus Size Dress. Unfortunately, it is now September and I still have not received my order. To add insult to injury, I haven't received any emails regarding my order despite the fact that payment was taken off my credit card. I'm extremely disappointed with this experience and I'm beginning to wonder if I've been taken for a ride by a fake website.

I've tried reaching out to the company for a status update and I haven't received any response so far. My order number is Z19021524 and my email address is ***@sbcglobal.net. My name is Freddie Standifer and I'm from Kansas City, MO. I really need to hear back from them soon, it's making me really anxious and angry that I can't even get a response from their team.

At this point, I regret making a purchase from this site as my experience has been extremely negative. I even doubt if I'll be making any purchases from them in the future because of how poorly they've handled this situation. I honestly don't want to deal with the headache of having to chase down someone to get my money back from a company that didn't deliver what they promised. I hope that this is all just a misunderstanding and they simply forgot to update me, and my order is actually on its way.

All in all, my experience with knowfashionstyle.com has been anything but positive. I still haven't received my package that I paid for and I've been left with nothing but frustration and anger as a result. Considering all of the effort and energy I've had to put into chasing this order down, I'm not sure it's worth making any future purchases from this website. I just wish they would have been more transparent and accountable throughout the process.

AND IT DIDN'T BLOCK ME TOO. KnowFashionStyle.com is the absolute worst! My experience with this company was a complete waste of time and money. I spent a whopping $190.00 on eight outfits and an additional wig, and it took over three months for them to arrive. Can you believe it?! And to make matters worse, the only items that I received were three outfits, and they were of extremely poor quality. They looked super cheap and definitely not worth the money that I spent.

I would only wear those three outfits once, and after that, they were no good to me. Honestly, the only use for them would be to fry some chicken. As if that's not bad enough, they kept changing shipping numbers, and their customer service rep, Fiona, kept emailing me every time with different tracking numbers. I was frustrated beyond belief! Finally, my package showed up, but only half of it. Imagine how disappointed and annoyed I was, I asked them to send me the rest of my order, and they never did. Can you believe it? I could have been a loyal customer, but they don't care about their customers. They just want your money, and then it's $#*! YOU AND YOUR 190.00!

Overall, my experience with KnowFashionStyle.com was a complete nightmare, and I would never recommend them to anyone. They overcharged me for low-quality products and didn't deliver everything that I paid for. They also had terrible customer service, and their constantly changing shipping numbers left me feeling frustrated and disheartened. Save your money and shop elsewhere!

I originally placed an order for five fabulous items from KnowFashionStyle, and coughed up some extra dough for their standard shipping, which was supposed to arrive in 6-10 days. To my great dismay, after a whole month went by, I still hadn't received anything! So, I decided to send a message to their customer service team, but to my surprise, they took forever to finally reply back. However, when they did, they dropped a bomb on me: my order wasn't even processed yet, let alone shipped!

I immediately started contacting them like a mad person, requesting for my money to be refunded and my order to be cancelled. But I simply kept getting the same response over and over again: my items were going to be shipped really, really soon! I guess their idea of "soon" is very different from mine, because I had to request for a refund three more times over another nine days, but to no avail.

It seemed that KnowFashionStyle was just messing with me, and I was getting extremely frustrated. After my fourth request for a refund, I finally got an email telling me that my items were finally on their way - can you imagine?! And of course, they wanted me to wait ever so patiently for them to arrive. At this point, I was beyond angry, as they were completely unprofessional and their whole operation looked like the biggest scam out there. To top it all off, they still haven't refunded my money or sent my items!

To sum it up, please, please, please don't even think about ordering from these fraudsters. They are NOT a real company, and their practices are incredibly shady.
