Milk and choco online women's clothing salescustomer service unresponsive

This company advertises on FaceBook. I purchased a jumpsuit from them and it arrived about 3 weeks later and it is too big for me. There was no receipt or contact info in the package. I looked up their company on line and found an email address for customer service. I have emailed them twice now to find out how to get a refund and return the merchandise. They do not respond. I searched online for reviews and complaints and saw many complaints about customer service being unresponsive. I also tried to call the phone number listed on the label [protected] and the number is not in service. Their address is in China but they are attempting to do business in the US
