This "company" is fraudulent. I purchased a dress based off a fb ad that popped up on my feed and didn't think twice about it being fake. I placed and order for a $45 dress July 1st and it is now September. I have reached out on multiple occasions with absolutely no response what's so ever. After doing some research I started to see all of these complaint boards. I want my money refunded and I have no way of getting it back. Absolutely disgusting Facebook allows these ads to be fed through.

I received my dress order on 16 August 2018. The wrong size was sent.

I sent an email on 16 August 2018 asking how I can return the incorrect size and be sent the correct size dress - NO RESPONSE

I sent an email on 23 August 2018 advising that I had not received a reply from my email sent on 16 August 2018 - NO RESPONSE

I sent an email on 31 August 2018 asking for my money back and how to return the dress that was sent to me - NO RESPONSE

I have sent 5 emails to try and return 3 items that don't fit and so far I have had 0 response. There are no phone number but their website states we should receive an acknowledgment and instructions on how to send the items back but I am still waiting since the end of May 2018! I had to wait for weeks to receive the items in the first place and now can't get anyone to respond.
Moreover the quality is appalling and every item is made from cheap material which does not warrant the cost we pay.

I have emailed multiple times after receiving a 'your order has been delivered' email. It has certainly not been delivered! The first time I was emailed back saying it was all ok from their end - and no response to subsequent emails!

My other item - which did arrive (separately, which was odd) was crap quality and torn down the seam. I haven't even bothered making contact re: that item, since this company was so useless with the fact that I didn't receive my order. Blacklisted for me, super disappointed.

Terrible customer service! four emails requesting info on how to return an item that didn't fit...No response. I see they read their reviews...But also see they still don't respond. As a former buyer for 356 stores nation wide, the customer service is always first! never again and i will be fighting this with my bank, the bbb and putting it on fb. Terrible don't buy from this co. Btw...Go ahead and protest my rating...I'll keep reposting and putting it all over social media until i get my refund back.

Purchased a couple of dresses, sizes total disaster... emailed the support section for an address to return them and so far 7 emails later nothing... Can someone please assist? This is a disgrace

They offer free returns, but it is impossible to contact them. No address to return anything to and following the link to send an email to obtain an address = NO REPLY..

Unable to insert Post Code or City because nothing can be found...

Terrible site! I order 2 dresses for a wedding party a month ahead of time MC #244145 and MC #244156. They of course never came until after the wedding. Tried to return them and the website says you need to email the company for the return address. After 4 emails still have heard nothing about where to send the dresses back to! This is the worst company - very unhappy! I want my money back!

I wanted a return on 5 items. The milk and choco website states free returns. The process is to email them and request return address.

This is a scam.

My order number is MC#247659. I emailed requesting the return address August 18th, August 21st and August 23rd 2018.
I have not received a reply.

Reading reviews online, it seems I am not the first person to fall victim to this scam.

I want my money back. I would also like to get rid of these horribly made items.

I reported the company on instagram as well.

I'm wanting to return dressss I just bought because the sizes and quality are terrible ! Have had no response at all to my emails. Extremely disappointed! This company is a scam.
The dress sizes I requested are not correct at all and the material quality is very cheap! The website is deceiving and whatever the models are wearing is not what you receive at all. I'd like a resolution please as soon as possible. I'd be happy to take this further otherwise.

I ordered address from his company and they offered a refund i contacted them when i receive the dress that i found faulty with pulled threads and they responded after about 5 days that they would look into it i have not heard anything since i have sent them 3 more email and they have not replied to the same address that i used initially so they will be getting them and i believe this company is not respecting what it is stating on it's website which i find unprofessional and illegal and i believe it should be dealt with they have no contact number whatsoever the only way to contact them is through the email at support and they are not responding to that so it makes it very difficult to get the refund or resolve and it issues

This website/company is REDICULOUS. Do not order from here unless you want to lose money on clothes that are a horrible rip off.

I ordered a dress for my engagement photo shoot, I ordered 3 weeks before this event and paid extra for express shipping.
First, NO WHERE on the site did it say it was USD$ and i'm in Canada thinking it was the amount shown on the website. WRONG. False advertising. The minute I saw it was about double what I was hoping to pay for the dress I emailed 3 times to cancel my order.. Guess what! No one answered my email NOT ONCE. So of course my shipment gets shipped...

Second, the order took 6 weeks so that was no good to me because 3 weeks prior was the photo shoot already done.

Third, the dress I ordered was HORRIBLE. Not the right size, and see through! Not at all what was pictured on the website..

Fourth, I have been emailing this company probably close to 100 times. In English and in Chinese (translated from google) because everywhere online is showing its actually a company in china. I have not received one email in return. NOT ONE!

I WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND TO ORDER FROM THIS SITE UNLESS YOU WANT TO JUST LOSE MONEY. PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

On their website it says if you are unhappy with your order they will take it back for free - GUESS WHAT THEY JUST WONT EMAIL YOU UNTIL YOU GIVE UP! WELL IM NOT GIVING UP I SPENT $60 ON A DRESS THAT IS HORRIBLE QUALITY! Guys please please think twice before ordering anything from this website!

I bought the dress from a Facebook site and waited over a month for it -then it didn't fit and I followed instructions to return it and haven't heard anything ! The website said it was easy to return the items!

I tried again to contact them and no answer ! This is the first item I have bought online and was excited to try it !

This is a total online rip off -don't buy anything from them ! I want a refund !

I purchased a dress from milkandchoco.com, thinking it was an American company. I checked their return policy and it states that they accept returns for a full refund, without even charging a restocking fee. To get information about returning a product, all you had to do was email them.

It took a month for the dress to arrive and when it came, that's when I realized it was from China. The holes for your arms where made for a child and the quality of the material was awful! It was not made for an adult, human body. I don't know who it was designed for. It didn't even look like the picture on the website.

I emailed them the next day and said I would like to return the product and to please let me know what the process was. I have emailed them 4 times with no response.

This company is a scam! they send you crappy products with the illusion that they have customer service, when they don't. I am going to tell everyone I know to avoid this company.

The delivery took 2 months. When the dress came it's nothing as described. Low quality and doesnt fit. There is no option for returns. I emailed several times and have not heard back. The merchandise and customer service is crap!
I often buy off the rack, but this dress is tight in places and loose in places and looks like it will fall apart in one wearing.

No where in the purchase did it say FINAL SALE, so returns should be an option

I purchased 3 items from this online store on Wednesday the 25th July 2018. After waiting weeks I have recieved 2 of the items ordered and needless to say I wasnt expecting the quality to be so poor and not anything like the advertised pictures, false advertising at its best! I am still waiting for the 3rd item, which I can only imagine won't be much better, whenever it gets here that is! I have contacted the company 3 times via emails, as this is the only option, and havnt had any response. Not only do I want to return my purchases for refund but I also want to know where the 3rd item is! I don't understand how a company can operate with such poor communication and quality of clothing! Not at all impressed and think the company should be shut down As by the sounds of it, I'm not the first.

I placed an order with Milk and Choco on July 17th, confident that I had ordered it plenty early enough for my bridal shower that was on August 11th (because it states on their site that "Delivery takes 5 to 10 business days, rarely longer depending on the customer location.") Of course they have to cover their [censored] by saying "depending on the customer location, " but then they don't disclose that if you're ordering from anywhere other than China, you can expect it to take much longer. On July 26th, I still hadn't even received a tracking number so I emailed their support (which is the only available way to contact them) to inquire about my order. I received an email the next day saying "Your order has been correctly processed and shipped." Followed by, "Delivery takes 5-10 business days." I thought, "okay, I don't know why it took 10 days to ship, but now that it's on its way, even if it takes 10 business days, I'll get it the day before my shower." It didn't come before my shower. On August 25th, I sent them this email:

"My order was placed on July 17th. It took 10 days just to receive a tracking number, which still has not been updated since the day the parcel was supposedly picked up in China (7/27). At this point, it's been over a month since the order was placed and almost a month since the tracking information has been updated. This timeline is unacceptable, when it states on your website and in our previous emails that it normally takes 5-10 business days. I would like a refund for my order. I am no longer interested in receiving the product or shopping with this company."

I received the package on August 27th. When I opened the package, the dress was completely soaked and it had a yellow stain on the collar. It had been placed in my mailbox and none of the other mail was wet so it had to have already been wet before it was delivered. I still have not received any response from my email that I sent them requesting a refund. This company is advertising in a way that is deceptive, referring both to the quality of the products themselves and the expected delivery timeframe. They should not be allowed to continue doing business.

I ordered a dress to wear to an event. It didn't arrived in time. It was way too small - I ordered it 2 sizes up since I noticed every model was stick thin. It was impossible to get my arms into what was supposed to be flowy sleeves. I've sent emails and complaints and still no response.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS CHINA CHOP SHOP! YOU WILL REGRET IT!

I ordered a dress and it took about a month to receive it and once I did one sleeve was smaller than the other. I am normally a size 8-10 so I ordered a large and it would not button down the front. I contacted customer service for the return as indicated on the website and I am now two weeks without hearing back from Milk and Choco to return this item. The product is not what it appears to be on the website. This company is a scam out of China do not waste your time.

I ordered a dress and it took a month before I received it. It was after the event I was going to wear it for. Good thing I found an alternative anyways. I received the dress with a stain on the front, hem had strings hanging from it along with the liner. In addition the zipper was sewn shut and I couldn't fully unzip to be able to put it on. I emailed numerous times to initiate a return with no response. Very disappointing...

Not only did I receive a completely unacceptable piece of fabric from them, they refuse to respond to their support email regarding a return. Yes, I said a piece of fabric. The "jumper" I ordered was terrible quality, you could see right through this terribly HARD fabric. I am a very petite person and the sizing was extremely inaccurate. The pant part of the jumper was rather large while the top was extremely tight around the ribcage. I typically wear extra small jumpers and this item of clothing would not fit under one size category (top = XXS, bottom = M). Therefore, I initiated a return from my order email (the only way to do so). You have 14 days to return an item and here we are, 2 weeks later and no response to any email I have sent. I emailed about a return the day I received the item and many times throughout the past 2 weeks. This company steals your money! I received the item on 8/17/18 and have emailed since 8/18/18 with no response. I want my refund of $39.95!
