I ordered one of their leather holsters around 11 July 2024. I promptly received a notice on 12 July 2024 that a shipping label had been created by USPS for said order.
That is the only response I have received. I have sent numerous emails and even replied to their web page customer service. No responses. Have asked for either the product or a refund. I have been very cordial in these requests.
