I talked to Mr. Milam on the phone 'bout buyin' a dump truck. He said I gotta give him a $2,000 deposit to keep the truck for me 'til I can come. So I went there a few days later to see the dump truck, but it wasn't in the condition he said. So I thought I want my deposit back. But then he tells me the deposit ain't refundable. That ain't what we talked 'bout on the phone. And I ain't signed no papers. I want my $2,000 deposit back.
