I bought a car from Fast Track Auto Mall on 6/18 and put down a deposit of $4500. The sale price was $6450.98 and the VIN was 5***. I paid in cash or Cashapp until Sept 2020 and paid off the rest on 9/10. However, on 12/10, I had to pay for repairs. They didn't apply my payments until I went in and asked them to remove the fees. We had issues with some of the repairs they did, which we split the cost for. I still had a balance of $80 and was waiting for a clean title. I've called, messaged, or gone in person 62 times to ask for the title, but they still have a lien on it. The BMV told me to file charges, but they refuse to release the title electronically. It's been almost 6 months since 12/8 and I still don't have a clear title.

They said it would be another week because of COVID. I waited and called back the next week, but they said it still hadn't arrived. They ordered the wrong part, so I was getting upset. They said they would use an old part from another car. I came in, but they couldn't fix it. The owner told me to look somewhere else where I would be charged. I shouldn't be charged for something they were supposed to fix. They also lied about my air conditioning, saying it worked before I got it. I had to spend my own money on something that should have been fixed. On their website and ***, they say that all the cars' AC should work.
