I purchased a truck from Auto Source on Aug 2, 2020. Unfortunately, the truck had an electrical issue that prevents it from starting, and they sold it to me in that condition. Additionally, the back tires were nearly bald, the terminals were not properly connected, and the air conditioning only functions on the highest setting. Furthermore, I had to replace the starter.

I bought a car from Auto Source on 09.11.2021 and got financing for it. But then on Monday 09.13.2021, they told me that the contract had mistakes in it and the bank wouldn't accept it. They said I had to go back to the dealership, which is 270 miles away from my home, and sign a new contract. Then, just a couple of days later, the check engine light came on in the car. And today, 09.18.2021, the car broke down on the freeway. The manager at the store wouldn't meet with me, but he said we could cancel the purchase. However, he won't call the dealership owner to get authorization for a refund of my $3,800.00 cash down payment. He wants me to wait and maybe come back to get my money.
