I bought a car from Elite Auto Mall Inc., and the owner, Justavo, gave me a car with a broken radio. The car I purchased was a GMC Acadia 2010, and it was delivered on 9/25. The radio wasn't programmed because their mechanic couldn't do it. Justavo told me to go to the GMC dealer so they could program the radio for me. On 11/24, I took the car to GMC, and when they tried to program the radio, they weren't sure if it was too old or a different brand because the computer couldn't detect it. They charged me $160 for that. GMC advised me to take the car back to Elite Auto Mall Inc. so they could help me solve the problem because GMC would charge a lot. I went back to Elite Auto Mall Inc. on 11/24, and I was there for about 3 hours. Every time I went, they made up different excuses to avoid seeing me. They told me to wait for Justavo's call, but he never called me. Yesterday, I tried calling again, and they kept telling me the same thing - that he wasn't available and they would pass him the message.

I bought a car from Elite Auto Mall 2 weeks ago on December ,. When I drove the car from New York to New Haven, I noticed that it was showing different errors. The next morning, when I tried to start the car, black smoke came out and the parking light malfunction light was on. The car was also running heavily. I informed the dealer about the issues, and he acted surprised as if he didn't know there was a problem. They had to tow the car back to the dealership on the following Tuesday morning. The owner agreed to fix the problem and called me to say that the car was ready. However, when I got there, I found out that nothing had been done. They even tried to blame the tow truck for the parking brake malfunction. I had to wait there for over 4 hours, and when I got upset, the owner argued with me in front of other customers, saying that I was making the business look bad. But if they had fixed my car properly from the beginning, we wouldn't have had these issues. Finally, they called me yesterday on 1/*/2021 to say that my car was fixed and would be ready at 3pm. However, when I called before getting ready to pick up the car, they started giving me the run around again. They even tried to charge me for the repairs, even though I hadn't even had a chance to drive the car yet due to the issues. I have a car payment due on the 14th, and I feel like I'm being taken advantage of. I gave them a $20,000.00 down payment, and now I'm losing out. What should I do to make sure my car is properly repaired and to stop getting the run around?
