I am reporting a prolonged and unresolved failure of my Microsoft 365 Business email and identity services that has now exceeded two months, with no resolution, no accountability, and no meaningful response from Microsoft.

Since late June 2026, my Microsoft 365 mailbox has been affected by multiple critical faults including:

duplicated folders

phantom folders

deleted items reappearing

routing instability

verification loops

cross‑tenant identity conflicts

DKIM provisioning failure

mailbox metadata corruption

These faults have made normal business communication impossible. My mailbox is unstable, unreliable, and in some cases unusable.

I have raised multiple support tickets with Microsoft. I have escalated through senior channels. I have contacted the Microsoft Office of the President. None of these routes have produced a resolution or even a substantive response.

This outage has caused serious business harm to Grocerama Ltd, including:

loss of reliable email access

inability to communicate with partners

operational disruption

commercial impact

ongoing risk to business continuity

I have now had to escalate this matter to three UK regulators:

ICO (identity and access failures)

Ofcom (communications reliability failure)

CMA (unfair contract performance and commercial harm)

It is unacceptable that a global provider of critical digital services can allow a business email outage to continue for months without resolution, without accountability, and without senior intervention.

I am requesting that Microsoft finally acknowledge this case, provide a senior‑level review, and deliver a full and permanent fix to restore stable, reliable access to my Microsoft 365 Business email and identity services.

Claimed loss: Two months of disrupted Microsoft 365 business email and identity services, causing loss of reliable communication, operational disruption, commercial impact, and significant time spent seeking resolution with no meaningful response.

Desired outcome: Senior‑level review, acknowledgement of prolonged Microsoft 365 failure, full technical resolution restoring stable email and identity services, clear accountability, and appropriate compensation for the disruption and business impact.
