MGM Resorts International review: Unethical behavior

On Dec 10, 2018 I was approached by an individual at MGM who was upset with a lady playing the slot machine. I was just standing there looking at tge machines. He turned around and called me several names then he stepped on my foot. I hit in him the nose and was removed from MGM and told to never return. MGM give him my address but they woykd give me his. MGM said THEY REVIEWED THE VIDEO AND I WAS AT FAULT. I was arrested and held overnight. I was found inoccent and the State attorneys throw out the case. The charges was removed the from my clean record. I feel I was treated unfairly because I did not provoke the fight and MGM would not give me the guys address. MGM security made a decision to remove because the guy was bleeding. I was boxed in with no where to move because the area was close. I don't understand how I can be at fault when he verbally assaulted me by calling me a [censored] and stepping on my foot. I'm veteran with a good records. I apologize but MGM will not forgive me. The State Attorney advised to files charges against MGM for victims my privacy by giving him my address but they won't give me his. I just want MGM to accept and knowledge my apology letter that I sent several times by email and my wife hand delivered the letter to no avail and reinstate me so I can visit MGM in Las Vegas and Massachusetts again.

Desired outcome: To be reinstated so I can visit other MGM locations
