I called metro on 10/29,30,2025 to change plan, and was told I could get a Metro tablet for $20.00 I accepted the offer until I was told I would be charged for an additional line with a 20.00 charge a month. I asked for them to cancel the order he said he couldn't he already processed the order. As soon as I got the tablet, I sent it back through UPS on 11/05/25. I checked the tracking number; the tablet was received on 11/10/25. I waited until 11/12/25 to make sure they received the tablet and it showed they did. They said it will take 5 to 7 days for refund. As of today 11/19/25, I haven't received my refund.
Desired outcome: I want my $20.00 refunded.
