Have been a loyal customer for many years firstly I must say. The issue first arisen when the prime membership was discontinued in 2023 and reinstated within 2024 which I had gladly resigned up for but since then I have yet to receive my prime membership and the google one to this date. I have visited a local store location which informed me they only sold the plans that I needed to contact a metro pcs customer service representative which I have done on several occasions along with amazon prime to discover the issue with no resolution. I was just recently discussing the issue again with a representative named Anthony (id # [protected]) from metro about my concerning issue which I have been paying the extra amount for those included services which I have yet to receive when he explained to me I could just simply drop my plan and go to a cheaper plan where those two services are not included which in no way helps resolve the issue I have. I have been paying for those additional services for over a year now and that is exactly what I expect to have those two additional services that is included or I would have just simply have gotten the cheaper plans. I have received an email from amazon support stating they HAVE NOT (I REPEAT) HAVE NOT received any money from metro or any other mobile provider since November of 2023 regarding my prime membership when it was first discontinued.
Claimed loss: I have not received my prime membership since I signed back up for the plan.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund or a GREAT promotional offer that would almost suffice the amount of money that I have been paying continuously for over the past year on this particular plan.
