Metro by T-Mobile review: Metro TMobile

Metro transferred number to them had to purchase a new phone, the same number I wanted, the old phone same model new one look cheaper lighter being held. Purchased Hotspot not working correctly,3 days of this experience, I? called customer service changed the Tower? Charged still wouldn’t work went to Metro T-Mobile today, Owner, pulled out a phone ask me for the card I had the password on I gave it to him Ford Blvd and Russell Blvd Ypsilanti Michigan after he put the information in from that phone it worked after 3 people tried helping me my hotspot never worked but after he used the phone he had it did, asked the Manager how he did that he said it always has? From his phone yes I guess he walked down to a different counter, when he was doing that I walked right from the other side puzzled why couldn’t he do in front of me? But I left, called customer service and ask to delete the account just had it on for 3 days, customer service said ok, then called back and remind them I wanted them to cancel the account he said it was suspended? Cancel it, suspended that means with my information someone could take suspension off customer service said I have to wait until 1/26/2026 I’m thinking when rolling around billing period. so I forget to call it’s automated to come out of my account, and there’s another issue, so no one can help me change my password since I just have text and talk the way I want my phone. customer service gave me some numbers to go on the website I did they was wrong. I didn’t understand could of mailed it, they said they couldn’t help because they would know it what is the difference between someone owning on one that works? He should have never asked. being at 69 years young old…. and he was intimidating, acting like I really did not know what he was doing. I would rather leave and cancel, I’m more important than someone else’s agenda.
