On 18th of august 2017 we ordered one airbike at
Metem international (metem. eu)
Kabelweg 43 1014 ba,
Amsterdam / netherlands

And paid 968 euro by mastercard.
Until today no delivery, no refund, only one email from some "kevin" on 29th of september, who said he is deeply sorry about the delay - this was one month ago.
We want a refund of 968 euro to our mastercard.
