I live in rural Georgia and Amazon and Walmart on line are wonderful shopping stores for me. Unfortunately I tried to place an order with Amazon and the order was cancelled numerous times due to "authentication error" I was instructed my financial institution. I did and was told there was no problem on their end with my credit card on their end it was verified and authorized and that I shoud just resubmit all my payment inform on to the Amazon site. I did and again my order was cancelled. I contacted the Amazon help line and was told to contact my banking institution again that the issue was that my card was not authenicated. I contacted Merrill again and talked to the sweetest, most understanding lady ever, Samatha. She was a wonder and cleared what ever the problem and I was able to place my order. I can not thank her enough to helping me and want Merrill to know what a great employee you have and tell you she is a super assest to your company.
