I started using Financial Warranty LLC's service but then realized I couldn't afford it. I informed them that I don't have the money and apologized for wasting their time. However, now I receive almost daily phone calls where they hang up on me when I answer. I'm seriously considering filing harassment charges against them.

I spoke to someone at Financial Warranty LLC on April 6th. We talked about how they could assist me with my debt. I agreed to their program. A friend of mine mentioned that using Financial Warranty is similar to declaring bankruptcy and it could negatively impact my credit score. So, when *** from Financial Warranty called me on the tenth, I let her know that I changed my mind and didn't want to proceed with the program because it could harm my credit in the future. However, on the 14th, $950 was taken out of my account.

19 months ago I talked to *** and ***. They were supposed to settle my debts through their program. But instead of settling the debts and removing them from my credit record, they turned into charge-offs. I sent an email to *** at the company, informing them that Financial Warranty is no longer billing my checking account and asking for a refund of the unused money meant for settling these accounts. Unfortunately, I haven't received any response from anyone at the company. Furthermore, on March 2nd, 2023, an amount was debited from my account without any explanation.

Debt consolidation from May to November 2022. I tried contacting Financial Warranty regarding a lawsuit as they were supposed to consolidate our bills according to the agreement. They acted as if they couldn't do anything about the lawsuit. My wife and I decided to stop paying Financial Warranty and handle the debt on our own. We were paying them $388.00 per month for bill consolidation, but no payments or actions were taken during this period. We simply wanted a refund and an explanation of all charges. However, they closed our account without giving us a refund.

I made a deal with Financial Warranty about 2.5yrs ago to combine my debt. They were supposed to merge my debt and contact my creditors. I had to pay $254 every month, and I haven't missed a payment. However, I have received garnishment and lawsuits for not paying my debt. I kept the company updated with all the paperwork I got from creditors and the legal system. I gave them the information within 3-5 days or right away when I received it. But they just keep deflecting and blaming me for this problem. They said I might get a refund, but I don't have money for lawyers, court fees, and late charges. Their representatives also told me that the person they hired to handle my case got fired because they didn't do their job and submit the paperwork to the creditors as required to keep the accounts in good standing. I want this company to fulfill their part of the deal. This problem has been going on for a while, and it hasn't been escalated or resolved satisfactorily.

I got a 3 yr. contract with Financial Warranty that ends on August 2023. They take out $349 from my checking account every month. I've been sending them lots of emails asking for updates on my account, but they've been ignoring me completely! I don't know anything about my case, what's been done, what's left to do, or which creditor has been paid. I told them to settle with a creditor who offered $500, but I still don't know what happened! I sent my emails to a bunch of people, and besides one call to calm me down, nothing! They've made everything worse, and my credit has suffered because they let things go to court. They take your money and forget about you. That's not good business because they work for you! They don't want to understand that once they take your money, they can't ignore you. It's been two weeks with no feedback, even though I've put my requests in writing. They need to be held responsible and give me the paperwork for the past 2 years. Show me what they've accomplished and what they're still negotiating. They're getting paid to do what they promised in a timely manner. They can't keep getting paid and give nothing in return. Or cancel the contract without any penalties!

I was told that this was the only way to help with my identity theft, which is why my credit cards were maxed out. They said they would handle the creditors for me. I paid an outrageous amount of $250 for 18 months. An hour after making my first payment (which hasn't been deducted from my bank yet), I received an email saying the payment was cancelled. The next day, I did some actual research instead of relying on word of mouth from companies calling me, and I found what I actually needed. I set up a bank alert for the payment to be taken out. I immediately called Financial Warranty and told them about the email stating payment was cancelled. They asked me to email it to them, which I did. They told me I misunderstood the words, but there's nothing to misunderstand. They then told me I had to cancel by mail. So, on the same day, I sent a certified letter explaining everything. Later, I read on their website that you can cancel anytime for any reason by simply calling. I called again and they treated me as if I was wrong for not wanting their service, even though I believed it had been cancelled before it even started. I can't access my account and they refuse to refund me or cancel. I was only searching online because of a terrible identity theft that maxed out several of my accounts. I'm also facing major harassment from these individuals who committed the theft. Given the circumstances, someone told me that my safest option would be to move since these people can easily find my current address, which I've owned for the past 12 years. So, I was looking online for a new place and a loan or mortgage to make that happen. This attempt to prevent me from cancelling and refusing to refund, despite the valid email stating payment was cancelled, feels like intimidation and bullying. I'm already experiencing enough of that since these individuals started playing their game and taking over my life. It's just too much.

I was told that this company would help me resolve my credit issues with service *** and Set Financial, which I was paying both of them even though I was having Financial difficulties with them honoring their end of the contract. That's when Financial Warranity LLC came into my Life along with Price Law Firm in ***. I started out paying $326.00 then by taking the third one off, that's why I didn't add to the list, it was *** which is now *** so after maybe 4 or 5 months, I took Heartland off that's when it went down to $275/$250, a month it's been 19 Months so far. I kept a log of the calls, from the company's and making sure to tell them to only contact Me via mail, the time, date, phone number as well as the name and sending that to *** @ *** as well as photos of mail, screen shot of calls etc. The more calls the more deductible and monies returned to me. But this month they were willing to accept $150.00 because still no results. So on this day on the 4th of October 2022, Things wasn't adding up right because they only want to be paid via Debit card instead of Credit Card! That's when I contacted ComplaintsBoard.com of *** after verifying location of both companies. I was told to file a claim as well as not to pay them the hardship payment of $150.00 for this Month. I often spoke to one of the 3 Men *** or ***, at this point I need all of my money I've given them with no result's because instead of help me fix my credit it has went from a 7 down to a 5.0 and still no results. I just received a text asking me when will I have the payment ready. I'm feeling some type of way just scared to make the wrong decisions which look ? I was informed that Financial Warranty has had other complaints other than mine. HELP ME PLEASE, I'm single Woman as well as a, first time home owner with *** and on Disability and that's my income.
