I am not sure why my withdrawal wasn’t approved but I will continue to apply until it is. If not approved soon, I will contact my HR because right now I am having a hard time. My son has a medical condition called Hirschsprung's disease, which is hindering me from working 40hrs a week. He has surgery on 10/24/2025 and I had to be out of work for a month to take care of him so I was unable to work and pay my mortgage. I am begging this company to give me my 401k because I am a single mother of 4 children and I have no other means but this money. I have no family to ask for help. I cannot obtain loans because I am not working enough hours and I cannot work as many hours because of my son’s condition! My name is Deidre Dent. I am currently on maternity leave longer than expected. My son was born with Hirschsprung’s disease and needs more care at home until his upcoming surgery in November when he I 6 months. I only am able to work 2-3 days a week because of his condition and I am unable to cover my bills on $2500. Not only do I have a newborn, I have 3 other children one which has ADHD and requires more attention because he was just diagnosed last month. After my new baby has his surgery, I will be able to work full time and pay all my bills but because of my newborn’s health I am unable to do so at the moment. I would really like to have a full withdrawal so that I can have one stress of bills off my plate to focus on my children. I am a single mother and doing everything on my own and could really use this money so me and my children will not be homeless.

If I am not able to obtain my funds from this account for this emergency circumstance, I will discontinue my contribution to this fund. I am struggling with my children and this company seems not to care. It will be nothing for me to get my 401k back to a great amount in the next year or 2 But if I have committed suicide because I am not able to provide for my children I cannot make that! I suffer from anxiety and depression and the fact the this company can help with it and will not is damning! If I am unable to get my funds and I commit suicide because of it the blood is on this company’s hands! I am asking for MY MONEY, not to borrow money from someone else and what is sad is it takes all this to get your own money that you contributed! Again, I am begging for my own money! I need this to continue to take care of my babies! Again I will continue to ask and request this money!

My son has his second and final surgery scheduled for January 7, 2026. please see attached paperwork.

If you do not believe that my child is sick and has had and will have future surgery, please call the doctor office. Also see the pic below of my baby that I have take care on a regular basis!

Recommendation: DO NOT USE THEM FOR YOUR 401K! YOU CANNOT GET UR WON MONEY WHEN U NEED IT!
