Don’t try the website www.mercariapp.com. I have purchased from them, but I haven’t received the order, I decided to contact the customer services. This company doesn’t have customer services, no phone number and no one can help you. The company is completely useless and unprofessional, so don’t even think to try their services. You will waste a lot of time and money.
Seller is a thief and his production is fake
I bought Channel handbag from the company www.mercariapp.com. I was shocked, ‘coz I wasted money only. I thought that the handbag was real, but it was fake. The seller is liar and thief, so better avoid them. Also the seller didn’t reply to my complaints, so I have no idea what to do now and how to get money back. I wonder if there are people, who faced the same problem? I really need help or any useful advice. Please, post your comments and ideas. Thanks.

I am a 5 star seller on Mercari with zero complaints, good reviews and generate a lot of business for Mercari both selling and often as a buyer. Anytime I have reached out looking for help you either receive bot responses or very rude and often condescending responses. Simple questions are met with no help, just referrals to the help center.
Impossible to resolve anything that comes up. The customer service does not exist and support is the worst

I’m in this Mercari selling platform, I have sold 20 items, and already sent to the buyer, the Mercari illegally canceled the order, I demanded him to compensate me for the loss of 1400$!
Received email item was sold, delivered and rated today 12-15-22 from Mercari. Went to withdraw funds today and COULD NOT GET PAST "NEXT". It is blanked out would not let me enter my withdrawal as a direct deposit. Have been using this site for the past two years and never had a problem. Now CAN'T GET PAID!
