I been blocked from my account for 3 weeks. I been contacting them yet no response. It's saying I followed a link which I know I didn't. I been emailing them for 3 weeks and still no response. That is so unprofessional. I'm seeing that other girls are going thru the same thing so it's on there end which is unprofessional. They need to fix this. Fix it OR I AM GOING TO SUE THEM I HAVE LOST MY CAR AND HOME BECAUSE OF NOT BEING ABLE TO POST IT WAS MY LIVLIHOOD.

They don't respond they don't care about their customers I believe they're just sitting there reading everyone's emails nobody should be flagged because they wanna post out of town

I have never scammed anyone on this site. There is absolutely no reason for me to be blocked
I have had no problems up until tnrdr last few days
I've done everything that I've been asked to do and still can't get into my account

I cannot login to my account no matter where I try and do it. I keep getting blocked and I can't seem to verify my identity either. This is becoming extremely frustrating. I have uploaded documents in an attempt to identify myself. I can't seem to finish that step without getting kicked back off the site. I have also sent several complaints, all of which have gone unanswered or even looked over twice.

Every time I try to log into my account it blocks me so I tried making another account and then every time it asks me for my identification I download my identification and then download a picture of me holding my ID like how they ask and as soon as it gets my identification it says that my identity can't be verified why is that and now I'm locked out of all my accounts everything this is how I make my living and I've been with them for three or four years and I can't pay my rent I can't pay my bills I don't know what to do? Then before all the identity things started I started getting these emails where it says to verify my identity click on this link and so I would click on it and now those accounts that I had done that with got blocked with another message saying that something about spam or something I don't know but I sent attached pictures so that you guys could see what I'm talking about please help

Hello. I have gotten into complaints and I see that everyone has my same problem and no answer.
