eufy AU Eufy security cameras set of 4

I am on my 3rd set of security camera and again one has completely stopped working, my daughter went to your web site and did every thing it advised and no change. I am a pensioner in my 70's and need someone to help me and I rang the number Harvey Norman gave my and I just hung on listening to a recording telling me to go to the web site, If you are not going to answer your phone have the decency not to give the number out.

Desired outcome: a set that works
