Mavis Discount Tire review: Service

Took my car for new breaks cause I heard grinding in the front. The manager tells me its gonna be a while to get it taken care of because the tech guy didnt arrive until 9-9:30am. I got there at 8am. 12pm rolls around and manager comes to me saying that all rotors have to be changed (they have to charge me for something, considering the last break job I had done was with mavis, so break pads were free, still $75 labor). Then they tried to through in calibers too because the last person that did the job never listed which caliber was changed. So for new rotors and 2 new tires, labor and all that my final cost was $899. First of all I have never paid less than $600, with this company. The managers are absolute salesman and they use scare tactics to ramp up the cost. I dont know [censored] about cars, so of course im gonna get it fixed cause I cant tell if its not fixed. Once "repairs" were done, I was finally ready to leace at 2:45. I was there all day. I left and the car felt strange whenever I stepped on the breaks. I still heard some type of grinding noise. So I then had to take the car to another location the next week so they could take a look... Of course they found nothing. And even still the car does not feel like it did before I took it in. So after sitting up there all day and having to go back a second time, I still got left with a $899 cost. In 2 and a half years I have spent a total of $2400 within 3 trips. All trips included tires, breaks and rotors. Be careful when you go here, unless you want horrible service and a repair that damages your car.
