Didn't get discount. After calling customer service she instigate more of problem than solving it. They have no respect for the elderly, servicemen and first responders. I'm not going back. True their tire prices are good but they jack up the service of balancing and mounting the tire and what ever else they can charge you with that it actually costs you more. Customer service didn't resolve the problem but added to it. Thanks. Horrible experience. Never going back.
