Mattress Firm review: S037256633

I purchased a queen size mattress, foundation, frame, pillows, etc. on 8/13/21. It was scheduled for delivery on 8/15/21. The driver had difficulty locating the entrance to our gated subdivision. He called from an adjacent subdivision which did not have a thru street to ours. I gave him detailed instructions on how to get to our entrance. A few minutes later I received a call from the dispatcher, Chris, [protected]. She said they could not deliver and that we needed to reschedule. Later I spoke with the driver and he said that the warehouse told him not to deliver. When the driver initially called, he was within 300 feet of our house, but we do not have access to the street he was on. He was in a white box truck. We asked the driver to please deliver, since he was so close. He refused, because he was told not to deliver by someone at the warehouse. We have purchased in the past from MattressFirm and had no difficulties with deliver.
