Mattress Firm review: Quality of mattress and box spring

Black friday only purchase I made was a mattress and box spring from mattress firm. Thought I was getting a good deal for $750. Within weeks the mattress broke down to the point that my husband would sink straight to the box spring! Went back and requested refund and ordered new, more expensive mattress. 2 weeks delivery. Ok.. Lived with it for 2 weeks. Come delivery they say they won't take the defective mattress back because there was a tiny singe mark on the fabric of the mattress. Begged the manager on the phone to leave the new mattress and charge my account back for the refund on the defective mattress. Nope, nope and nope! Between the time I ordered the replacement mattress and delivery, the box spring broke, too! Went to cardi's the next day and bought a whole new mattress and box spring for much more money, delivered the same day! Nice! It has been 10 days now and still haven't received refund from mattress firm for additional payment on replacement mattress that was taken back after refusal to deliver! Now, not only do I have to eat the original $750 price for mattress and box spring, they are now refusing to refund $478 for additional payment for replacement mattress! Wtf? I will start picketing mattress firm parking lot this coming weekend! And btw - avoid kitty at wareham, ma at all costs! She is the worst!
