Got a Nolah mattress on 9/11. It took 7 biz days to get it. The box was falling apart and the mattress had a hole in the middle, not wrapped. It expanded slow and didn't fully expand. The law tag said it was made on 7/8, 2 months earlier. We asked if it was made to order and they said yes, but it wasn't. We sent pics and got no response. The label on the box said the same thing. We wanted a refund and they offered half off or a return. We chose to return it. The local pickup was unreliable, but we got it picked up by Loadup on 10/6 and got the refund. If you care about made to order, think twice. Look at the law tag and take pics.

Been waiting for more than a month now for Nolah Sleep, LLC to pick up the mattress and give me back my $707.05. My order number is 20340.

I got a Nolah Bamboo mattress protector after I got the Nolah hybrid and loved it. But the first night, the protector didn't stay on the mattress. I thought it was just because it was new, but two months later it still slips off every night. The protector can't protect the mattress if it keeps sliding off. I contacted Nolah, but they didn't seem to care. They said it wasn't returnable, even though it doesn't work as intended! They also have different return policies. On the website, it says there are no returns, but in my order confirmation email, it says there's a 120-night in-home trial. They said the trial is only for mattresses, but my order is only for the protector and doesn't mention a mattress anywhere. So, the product I bought doesn't work like Nolah says it does. Be careful when buying the mattress protector. The Hybrid mattress, though, has been really nice.

I got a Nolah Mattress on January 27th for $1,983.40 USD. It's not even 6 months old and it's making too much motion transfer. My wife and I can't sleep through the night because even the slightest movement makes the mattress shake and move. We tried putting it on the floor but it didn't help. I emailed the company with videos showing the problem but they said it's normal. I have other mattresses with coils and they don't behave like this. I've never had such a bad experience with motion transfer. I can't upload the videos here but I can send them if needed. The company doesn't seem to want to take responsibility for their bad product. I want my money back. I can return the mattress or do whatever they say but this is not okay for a $2000 purchase.

Me and my fam bought a mattress from Nolah Sleep a few months back. When I wanted to return it, they gave me a hard time. Apparently, they got this option where you can't return stuff. My wife didn't know about it. So, I called customer service and they told me that they make it super clear. They also said that they didn't have any issues when we bought it. I didn't wanna argue with them on the phone. But, I think it's not cool. First, it might not be obvious to everyone. Second, a mattress is a big deal. They cost a lot and can really affect your life. Most people can't just buy a new one if they don't like it. So, they're stuck with a bad mattress for years. I think this is a shady business practice that takes advantage of people. But, I gotta say, everyone was nice and respectful when I talked to them.

I ordered from Nolah Mattress on 03/06/2022 (Order# ***) and spent $2,829.70 on a Nolah Evolution 15 King, Nolah Platform Bed, Mulberry Protection Warranty, and 2 free pillows. I got the Nolah Platform Wooden Bed Base - King for $449 and got the stuff during the week. I opened the box on Saturday, 03/12/2022, and it looked cheap and flimsy. The legs were scratched, and the screws were stripped. We put it together, but it wobbled when I sat on it, and I'm only 130lbs. We decided to return it, and I emailed them, but they said there's no return or trial period, only a 10-year limited warranty. I want my money back, but they have bad customer service skills, according to reviews I've read.

I got a Full Size Nolah Mattress last year. I got it in September . For the last 2 months, I've been waking up in serious pain. My back, ribs, and neck hurt. I called Nolah and told them my problem. They told me to send pictures of the mattress. I sent them lots of pictures showing that the foam was coming out the sides of the mattress. That's probably why the bed feels so hard. I'm sleeping on the hard core. I can't sleep in this bed anymore because I'm in so much pain if I do. They wanted more pictures and I sent them. Warranty Inquiry ***. The bed is supposed to be 10 inches high. From the foam coming out the sides, it's around 8 1/2 inches which means the foams have failed. I rotate the mattress every 3 months like they say. I'm the only person sleeping on this mattress and I weigh 130lbs. Their warranty says Lifetime on the mattress. I only had a year. They sent me an email saying that if I send them another $366 they'll send me another mattress. Seriously! They say Lifetime Warranty and they're asking me for more money? Their mattress failed and I can't sleep on it. Are they taking advantage because I'm a senior? I just want my money back and they can take their mattress. If they say Lifetime Warranty and their mattress failed a little over a year and they want more money from me? That sounds ridiculous. I want a full refund of my money. The mattress was very expensive to just let this go. They're not standing by their Warranty. I don't want to do business with this company. Especially asking for more money for their faulty mattress. I just want a full refund of my money for this mattress. Not an honest company.

Got the Nolah Signature Mattress 12" in August and it was great for the first year. We followed the recommendation to rotate it every 4-6 months. But after a year, it lost its air pockets and we had to rotate it more often just to maintain its pressure-relieving qualities. Now, after 25 months, it sinks down too much in the hips and center areas, making it impossible to sleep on our side or stomach. We checked their website and they claim to have 4x better pressure relief than memory foam, but that's not true anymore. We expected more from an expensive mattress like this. We contacted Nolah, but they're not willing to help or even acknowledge that their product is defective. Their warranty says that a normal increase in softness is not covered, but this is not normal and it affects the pressure-relieving quality. We tried to work things out with their support team, but they're ignorant and deny the issue. We're willing to take videos and provide receipts from our chiropractor, but they won't consider it. This needs to be resolved.

I bought a mattress from Nolah Mattress because they had a deal where you get two "free" pillows worth $198. When the pillows arrived, they were not what I expected. They were memory foam pillows that were vacuum compressed and the memory foam was in flat separate chunks - not a usable pillow. The case was different, some kind of polyester velour, and there was no Nolah label or branding anywhere on the pillows I received. The fill was different from how the Nolah website described both of the pillows it sells. I contacted Nolah's customer support and they told me that the "promotional pillows" are not pillows that Nolah actually sells, and the agent described them as a hybrid of the two pillows that Nolah does sell. I asked for a refund or two of the $99 Noah AirFoam pillows which I believed I was promised upon purchasing a mattress, but Nolah refused to provide any remedy at all. The person I communicated with is "Nastasha B" "Head of Customer Support." Her response to my request was "You have not paid for or ordered 2 AirFoam pillows. You do not have to keep or use the free pillows you received. They were a gift, so you do not have to accept them . . . Please continue to enjoy your mattress."
