Mattress Firm review: Mattress and low profile box spring

Called to have my Beechstreet mattress warranted because it collapsed and they told me that it didn't meet their specifications by 1/2 inch! What a bunch of [censored] because I had an employee call me and tell me to come back to the store and I could pick out another mattress. When I went in, they told me he was no longer employed there and that my warranty was void! Not only was my mattress defective my box spring which I also purchased is cracking! Overall experience sucks!
