Mattress Firm review: Mattress and boxspring sale

I would like to file a complaint on a sales Transaction offered at the Mattress Firm Cottonwood Location, 3705 Ellison Rd NW, Alb, NM. 87114.
Order#[protected] (King BR Black Hybrid Medium D Line SIM00). The following sales Rep Michael Gonzalez offered a Memorial Days sale price of $3059.00 to include Mattress, Box springs, Bed cover, two free pillows, free set up, delivery and disposal of old bed and $100 military discount. In addition I agreed to purchase two pillows for $99. each.
At the end of the sale a additional $300.00 was added for Box springs which was never discussed as extra. After reviewing the printed receipt is when the extra charge was disputed. Ultimately I have cancelled the whole misleading sale as it was not the original offer to which Mister Gonzalez admitted to never discussing this added charge. I am very disappointed with the lack of professionalism from the Store Owner Lance for not standing behind the original sale. To my findings Mattress Firm has had multiple complaints for bad sales practices.
