Mashreq Bankunauthorized credit card charges and terrible customer service

A customer Bank representative called me to offer the Pay Protect product and he said that if I used my credit card, they will not charge to me anything, but something different has happened. They are charging it even if I use my card. In addition, I've been trying to call to the customer services phone and there is no a single option to get in contact with customer services representative. The phone services are really bad, I am really disappointed with this bank and I will not recommend to any one to get an account with them. The worst bank ever.

    I second that. Customer service and unauthorized and hidden charges. Fraud and Lies to sell their products.
