Mashreq Bank — account opening
My name is shahid and I have been trying to resolve my issue regarding opening an account with mashreq.
As I have already applied online for E-account and after going through all steps online I have also attached my documents requested online, however after all the steps I get msg on screen thanking me to opening an account but it says it cannot process at the moment which I dint understand why is that so.and it also says that I will receive call from concerned department with in 48hours. But it's 6 days now I haven't received any call regarding my account.. I have called call centre many times but they are not giving me accurate information about this issue...kindly look into this asap. I have also attached the screen shot of the response online.
