Marshalls review: Unethical behavior

I am an employee at the Salisbury, NC Marshall's and I am writing in regards to unethical behavior of an employee. The employee's name is Tammy McNeely. There have been many complaints about her treatment, bullying and harassment of other employees. Many people see this behavior and sweep it under the rug, but Ms. McNeely has been heard being derogatory and disrespectful to other employees, with little to no disciplinary action. She has been seen on her phone calling her daughters to the store to confront other employees putting their safety in danger. She has been heard saying that she wishes death on her fellow employees and that if they were dead she would spit on them. She has been called in the office many times and confronted about her behavior but to no avail. I feel a deep concern as an employee and I believe that if this behavior continues many employees will not feel safe in their working environment.
