Marshalls review: Product is always great but this marshalls has the worst customer service and especially managers ( 1 comment)

I am long term customer of your store, between NYC and Florida Sarasota. I am sorry to write but UTC Marshall's has the most ignorant managment and customer service. They do not respect customers, they are arrogant, not polite, and not kind. I won't mention last names, but my last experiences made me sad, hurt, and confused. I am very disappointed.

I live in the Lakewood Ranch/UTC area and have been a frequent Marshall’s shopper. That is over. The store is a mess. Clothes tossed and thrown onto wrong racks. Bathrooms are awful. Dressing rooms are dirty with wallpaper peeling from walls. Most employees are not customer friendly. Marshall’s needs to clean up in all facets of the business. So disappointed.
