I bought a Pair of boots on 12/17/2010 for $149.99. Today, two weeks later they are $99.00. Marshalls refused to give me a price adjustment. Even though I could just return the boots, Which I am. Other department stores do price adjustments. And if I'm ever going to purchase a pair of boots for $149.00 I will do it at a store that WILL give a price adjustment. That is the most idiotic policy I have ever heard of. I will no longer give them my money.
Agreed with German
Saveyshopper and Shannon are idiots - if a store cares about the customer then they would offer a price adjustment within a given time period
IF you were happy to pay for the boots at 149.00 whats the problem? if you wanted them for 99.00 you shouldnt have bought them .
What makes you think you are so special that the store should change their policy just for you?
i hate when a coustomer uses the term "other stores" marshalls is marshalls, and company x is company x. Dont compare. just because the other store offers a price adjustment dont mean the whole world is going to give you priced ajustments left and right. So take no for an answer and move the f**k on cheap person
